Three phase i6 series Industrial UPS has been designed to perform under extreme operating conditions that normally exist in industrial environments. The use of digital signal processors (DSP) has made the control loop of the UPS system very stable, drift free and with better HMI for monitoring, control and precise settings of parameters. High speed CAN bus interfaced sections make the system response very fast to handle the extreme transient load conditions. Hitachi Hi-Rel offers itPower Online UPS for 1Ø Input – 1Ø Output System with IP11 & HS11 Series ranging from 1 kVA to 10 kVA, 3Ø Input – 1Ø Output System with HS31 Series ranging from 10 kVA to 20 kVA, 3Ø Input – 3Ø Output System with HS33 Series ranging from 10 kVA to 40 kVA and HM33 Series ranging from 60 kVA to 500 kVA. Its itPower Online UPS has three major components, Charger / Rectifier, Storage Batteries and Power Inverter. Incoming alternating current from the utility company enters the charger/rectifier where it is converted to direct current. This direct current charges the batteries and supplies power to the inverter which converts the direct current back to alternating current.

Its single phase i4 Series Industrial UPS sit between an AC outlet and an electronic device to provide Power Conditioning, Power Backup Protection, and Distribution for electronic equipment loads. It also prevents Power Disturbances (Outages, Sags, Surges, Spikes, Noise, etc.) from affecting the performance and life of the electronic device and vital data.

Stallion

Hitachi Hi-Rel offers Stallion Battery Charger with output voltage 24V DC to 220V DC and output current up to 1200A. Its Stallion Battery Charger is designed to charge the Batteries to supplies backup power for hours, days, or even weeks depending on the load and battery capacity. It is designed for compatibility with all types of batteries like VRLA, NiCS and Gel.

Its Stallion Series of Advanced Battery Chargers deploy Thyristor based technology and Digital Signal Processing Controls (DSP) to achieve the desired DC output. Power required is adjusted by using phase control technology actuated by the DSP based control card. The DSP based control system enables user-friendly settings via the keypad on the form of the panel.
